Orders & Shipping

How long will my order take?
Most items ship in 2–5 business days, plus 3–7 days for delivery. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order heads out.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Your shipping confirmation email includes a tracking link — click it to see where your package is wandering.

What if I typed my address wrong?
Email support@barktwain.com ASAP.
If your order hasn’t entered production, we can correct it.
After production begins, it’s probably heading wherever you told it to go.

Products & Quality

What kind of t-shirts do you use?
Most designs are printed on Bella+Canvas 3001 — soft, light, and a true-to-size unisex fit.

Are your prints screen printed or something else?
We use a mix of DTF (Direct-to-Film) and DTG (Direct-to-Garment) depending on the artwork. Both create sharp, long-lasting prints built to handle real life (and real dogs).

How should I wash my gear?
Inside out, cold water, tumble dry low — or even better, air dry.
Avoid high heat if you want your print to last longer than your dog’s favorite squeaky toy.

Design & Creative Process

Do you use AI to create your art?
Yep — it’s part of the creative toolkit. We blend AI, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva Pro, photography, and a whole lot of human editing to bring each piece to life.
AI is just the brush — we’re the weirdos holding it, and Mardy Bird approves every final design with a sniff test.

It’s hiding. Depending on your screen size, you may need to scroll sideways within the list of items to find the little trash-can icon. Tap that to remove an item.

Returns & Problems

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email support@barktwain.com within 7 days of delivery with photos.
We’ll replace it at no cost.
If a replacement isn’t possible, we’ll refund you.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because every item is made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change-of-mind reasons.
