Custom-Made Products

All Bark Twain products are printed and created on demand. Because each item is made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Color preference

  • Ordering errors

Please review your size, design, and shipping information carefully before checking out.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@barktwain.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once verified, we will provide a replacement at no cost.
If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Returns

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Do not return any item before contacting us — return instructions will be provided if your claim is approved.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
After that point, production begins automatically and cannot be stopped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with your carrier and neighbors.
Bark Twain is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, but we may assist with a discounted replacement when possible.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
